1. Gender Sensitization Workshops
We work with schools, colleges, police departments, and government institutions to educate them about gender diversity and queer rights.
Impact: 500+ stakeholders trained. Resulted in adoption of anti-discrimination policies and inclusive language practices in several institutions.
2. Workshops & Advocacy Sessions
Wider engagement with mental health professionals, educators, parents, and community leaders across Jharkhand to build inclusive spaces.
Impact: 1000+ individuals trained across 20+ institutions. Sparked institutional change and fostered safer environments for queer youth.
